Just a quick note to say thank you for following along with QuakerSpeak for our now three-year-long journey.
Over the course of the past three years, we’ve put out 122 videos. We’ve conducted interviews with more than 150 Quakers. We’ve collaborated with 9 different Quaker organizations and have over 10,000 subscribers and social media followers. As a result of all that work, we are very happy to announce that the QuakerSpeak channel is now up to one million views.
We are so humbled. Thank you for your support, for watching and sharing our videos, and for subscribing to our weekly newsletter. We owe our success to you.
So a few things as we wrap up the season here:
Next week we’ll do a countdown of our top 5 videos of this Season. Make sure you like our Facebook page to see those videos as we announce them.
Our Season 3 DVD is set to come out in mid-January. You can now pre-order them and get a special deal on the box set at Quakerspeak.com/DVD.
If you’ve ever been curious about the music from QuakerSpeak, you can now stream and download all of the music from Seasons 1, 2 and 3 here.
As always, please consider supporting us with a subscription to Friends Journal. Friends Journal is a monthly Quaker magazine, with introductory rates as low as $28.
So that’s it, Friends! Please be on the lookout for some exciting news about Season 4. Thank you for your continued support, and have a great winter.
Wonderful work, beautifully and simply presented, and so easy to pass on. Thank you all.
I am still hoping you will do one on Quaker parenting; or family life with children. Please do, we lose our families so often!
Outreach
Is Quakerspeak having any measurable effect on local ( New England and/or local Meeting) outreach ?
Thank you so much for Quakerspeak. It’s always inspiring an encouraging and helps others find their own words and feel connected with the aider Quaker community, however isolated they may be.
